The Garden Crew was founded by Nicky Morrell, whose creativity and passion for plants have guided the company for more than 20 years. Nicky is the creative force behind every project, working closely with clients to understand their ideas before guiding the design direction.
Her local knowledge and instinct for planting let her see the potential in a space and create gardens that feel established, natural and connected to their surroundings — supported by a close-knit team of more than ten experienced gardeners.

Based in Kilifi, we design and maintain gardens throughout the coastal region — including landscaping in Bofa, Vipingo and Watamu — with Mombasa projects considered depending on location and scope.
We offer landscaping in Kilifi, Bofa, Vipingo and Watamu, and consider Mombasa projects depending on their location and scope. We do not currently offer services in Diani or Lamu.
You can buy plants directly from our nursery in Bofa, Kilifi — no landscaping project required. Our selection focuses on indigenous species suited to the coast. Please call or WhatsApp before visiting so our team knows you're coming.
Yes. Our paid consultancy service provides professional landscaping advice for new or existing gardens on the Kenyan coast, offered on-site at your property or remotely by video call — ideal for plant selection, garden improvement and coastal planting challenges.
We start with an initial consultation and site assessment, then provide a quotation and creative design. Once approved, we handle plant and material selection, ground preparation, planting and full execution — followed by garden establishment and maintenance recommendations.
